Jesselyn Verity
I believe in the power of performance to create an experience that is your own as well as being shared by every member of the audience. To be able to produce a moment where strangers’ feelings unite and no thoughts are right or wrong. I am extremely dedicated and enthusiastic about my craft and attempt to create my own work where none is available to me.
I am currently studying at East 15 Acting School for an MA in Acting, having previous completed the BA Drama course at UEA. I am originally from the South West of England, where I took the opportunity to complete a number of summer schools at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. During my time at university I was a member of Minotaur Theatre Company and I have performed in a wide range of shows, although I feel that Classical acting is where my heart truly lies. I have been in a number of Shakespeare shows, most notably playing Portia in Merchant of Venice and Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream. I have some experience of professional television as well as theatre, having been in a Shine TV production for channel e4 last year.
